Renee is speaking on Cross Cultural Coaching at a coaching conference this week.  (Although I’ll be taking a sabbatical this fall, Renée is not, and she’s become a subject matter expert in this area).  P.S. To be clear, I’m not retiring, I am repositioning and continuing on Navigator staff.  The Navigators give staff the opportunity to take a 3-6 month sabbatical every 7 years, like the Old Testament sabbatical year.   I’ve taken only one 3 months sabbatical in 40 years, so it’s time.  During that sabbatical I’ll be discerning with others what our next contributions will be.
