Neighboring

I was stunned at our annual neighborhood Christmas dessert last year when our atheist neighbor cornered me and said, “I think that it’s time for me to go to church.”  That led to months of reading the Bible with her and watching God transform her and her entire family, so that eventually they were all baptized together before moving back to Canada last summer.  We now have several new neighbors.  I wonder what God will do this year, and we have another annual Christmas dessert this Saturday! Lord of the Harvest, please fill the Lyons’ neighborhood with Your powerful loving presence.
