War Room

This week our Encountering Jesus Together Launch Team is conferring with The Barna Group and with one another as we shape our project from what we are learning. Proverbs 20:28 says, “Prepare plans by consultation and make war by wise guidance.”  Remember that movie called War Room?  We’re increasingly aware that the enemy believes that we’ve declared war on him, so that’s why we’re spending so much time listening & digesting what we’re hearing; and fasting & praying.   Please pray with us, “Wise Father, please continue to fill the EJT Launch Team with the knowledge of Your will with all spiritual wisdom and understanding.” Colossians 1:9

P.S. One night in the midst of digesting all this counsel the Lord gave me a dream, actually the same dream three times.  I saw three curtains in succession: one silver, one gold, then one clear.  I had been fasting for three days and sensed that God was assuring me that He would bring clarity.  If you would like a glimpse of what we are learning, you can have a look at our summary: Analysis of Problem Interviews.
