Divine Hours
Here’s a gift for you for the new year.
Have you experienced the effects of your Quiet Time evaporating by mid-morning? Many do. Here’s a remedy: The Divine Hours. The Divine Hours were created by St. Benedict for ordinary people who want a lifestyle of following Christ throughout the day every day. They have been a widespread practice of The Church through the centuries, an attentive path, a gentle reminder through the day to stay tuned, a practical path to abide & pray without ceasing. (1 Thess. 5:16-18)
If you are interested in exploring this practice for yourself, click https://www.fromthelyonsden.com/resources to go to my resource page to download instructions.
P.S. We are rejoicing that God, through His people, has supplied all that we needed to fill that year-end funding gap that we were facing! We are stunned by the unexpected and extravagant generosity of our friends and partners in the Gospel. This deeply encourages us to continue trusting God to meet our needs going forward. Thank you for praying!
P.P.S. One of my responsibilities is overseeing our publications like Worldwide. Our quarterly edition was posted yesterday. It’s a helpful resource for disciples who aspire to know Christ, to make Him known, and to help others do the same. Go to https://navigatorsworldwide.org/newsletter to have a look.
