A New Team

Today, Renee and I are traveling to the Middle East where we will help launch a new Regional Leadership Team.  We are very excited about this new team, which is almost entirely Arab and includes two former imams (M*slim pastors).  Each is full of faith and leading a fledgling ministry in their own country, so it will be a stretch for them to begin helping to lead other leaders.  Please pray that as they come together as a team for the first time, they will experience 1 Corinthians 12:7, “To each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.” 
 
Prayer update:  Thank you for praying for me a few weeks ago as I came alongside an African country leader and his team to facilitate their strategic planning for the future of their work.  I took a deep breath when he told me that he was bringing together 43 of his leaders for the process.  It stretched my faith to believe that many could quickly agree on faith directions, but God clearly showed up and everyone left with a strong sense that we had truly experienced SPIRIT-LED strategic planning.
