Rebuild

This week, Renée and I fly to a Middle Eastern country to lead a 3-day retreat to rebuild our leadership team of nationals there, partnering with our Regional Director and his wife.  Last month, it became necessary to remove the country leader.  This has been intense, traumatic, and disorienting for everyone involved.  Those remaining are relieved, but the entire team needs restoration and encouragement.  God is clearly at work in this.  Great Redeemer, please restore the soul of this courageous team of Middle Eastern leaders.  (Psalm 23:3)

 P.S. Our 6 hour days on Zoom with the six Middle Eastern Navigator regional leaders was very, very rich and encouraging.  They now have fresh focus, resources and zeal for equipping the next generation of leaders rising up around them.
