Crucial Conversations

These last few weeks have been full of crucial conversations with key leaders.  A crucial conversation takes place when opinions vary, stakes are high, and emotions run strong.  Please pray that God will lead me and speak through me in the crucial conversations that I’ll have over the next couple of weeks, here and in the Middle East.  (You can read my summary of the book Crucial Conversations at this link.)

P.S. I’ve heard several say that our meetings with our Regional Directors were the best we’ve had in years.  Thanks for praying.  We’ve also experienced setbacks and significant progress on the Together app for helping to ignite and fuel disciple making movements.    More on that later.
