Synergy
I’ve never seen so much synergy in our International Executive Team as I’m seeing this year. We’re “down a man” since one member retired from the team and we’re waiting for one of our African leaders to transition to our team from his current leadership role. However, the four of us remaining are praying together and working together like never before. In the past we’ve been more like a track team than a soccer team. So, we’re learning some new habits. As we are together for the next week in the Middle East, please pray my favorite leadership prayer for us: Romans 15:5-6: “May the God who gives perseverance and encouragement grant you to be of the same mind with one another….”
Prayer Update: Our Regional Leadership Team meetings were challenging because our Regional Leader had a brain hemorrhage and had to miss the meetings. Please pray for complete healing for him. Although we missed him personally and practically, it seems like his absence was also catalytic for this relatively new team to begin leaning into working together in new ways. Although it was not our best time together, I’d say that under the circumstances we did begin to experience supernatural focus, alignment and energy.
